Smart Energy Network - vi tar forretningsutvikling ett steg videre

Vi er et nettverk for energibransjen, men også for alle virksomheter med behov for og interesse for smarte energiløsninger. Enkelt sagt betyr det at dette er en nettverksorganisasjon for hele verdikjeden fra kraftprodusent til kundenære løsninger i moderne by- og samfunnsutvikling. Men ikke bare det, utslippsfri mobilitet – det være seg på land eller til sjøs – er en del av den nære fremtids energiløsninger. Likeså er sømløs telekommunikasjon viktig for at den smarte by skal bli en realitet.

 

Det er denne type aktuelle og spennende temaer vi setter på kartet i Smart Energy Network. Og vi har lært at den tverrfaglige tilnærmingen er mer fremtidsrettet, og raskere gir nye løsninger enn den trygge og gode «silo»-tenkningen, som vi alle har så lett for å henge fast i.

Vårt forretningskonsept er en kombinasjon av møter her hjemme, og invitere partnere og medlemmer til studieturer – til de mest innovative områdene i verden. Og det betyr ekspedisjoner til Silicon Valley, Singapore, Shenzhen, Hongkong, Shanghai, Tel Aviv m.fl.

 

Vi tror at læring og utvikling er en kontinuerlig prosess, og at ledere også trenger påfyll og inspirasjon når de vanskelige beslutninger skal tas, og dagens virksomhet skal klargjøres for morgendagen.

 

Smart Energy Network er en «non profit»-organisasjon som finansieres av våre finansielle partnere Agder Energi, Siemens, Sysco, TrønderEnergi og Volue. Vi har Advokatfirmaet Selmer som juridisk partner og Thema Consulting Group som sponsor. Medlemmer i nettverket betaler en årlig medlemsavgift for deltakelse på nettverksmøtene.

Silvija Seres

She is a MBA graduate from INSEAD, and a PhD and Prize Fellow from Oxford University. She has work experience as department manager in software companies like Microsoft and FAST and extensive knowledge and

interest in digital disruption.

She is board member in several large public companies

Per Espen Stoknes

He is educated as a psychologist at the University of Oslo. He  has a also studied organizational theory, philosophy and mythology. He has worked both as a clinical psychologist and organizational psychologist and holds a senior lecturer position at BI Norwegian School of Management

Erik Solheim

He is a well known global leader on environment and development as well as an experienced peace negotiator. He served as Norwegian minister of Environment and International Development 2005-12. He has chaired the OECD Development Ass. Com. and was Executive Director of UN Environment. Currently he is senior adviser at World Resource Institute and serves as the CEO of the Plastic REVolution Foundation.

Jacob Schram

He has 30 years of experience from some of the world's largest companies; McKinsey & Company, McDonald's, Statoil Fuel & Retail/Circle K. Schram was awarded the 2017 NACS Insight European Industry Leader of the Year Award, and is the author of “The Essence of Business”.

Ragnvald (Nærø) Naero has a long and diversified experience from leading management positions in media, PR, aviation and energy companies. Naero has also extensive background from the boardroom of large energy companies, the oil and gas sector and environmental research. His key competence is within business development and strategic and corporate communications – change management, organizational and leadership development.

Bjarne Hareide
Study and Expedition leader

Senior Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in strategic consulting where he worked with some of the biggest media brands with the intent to exploit the opportunities that arise in an increasingly changed media landscape . He has also built up an independent international research and consulting company that creates insight in new media trends and opportunities and is the CEO for this business. This company creates the most important dialogue arena between the Norwegian media industry and leading innovative companies, both locally and globally.
